TEAM

Founder, Director
Sharon founded credere consulting in 2021 to focus on delivering international best-practice cost management to clients within Switzerland, Europe and the UK.
Sharon has more than 16 years experience, working at international consultancies such as Davis Langdon, AECOM and Turner & Townsend on projects throughout London & the UK, and internationally, working in various sectors on projects ranging in value from 1m (CHF1.3mio) to £250m (CHF320mio).
In the past, Sharon has worked on projects including national museums, international pavillions and exhibitions, education projects (early years through to higher education), residential (private and affordable, including care facilities), office new-build & fit-out.
With a passion and skill for aligning the design vision with the clients aspirations, Sharon can interpret, at early stages, the budget and project risk profile, allowing early decision making and realistic and successful project outcomes.
